Basketball and Football will be Unified during International Kids Day
Bratislava, 27 April 2023 – Students of Elementary School Kalinciakova in Bratislava are inviting students from Special School Šamorín to join their Sport day, organizing it on International Kids Day. Special Olympics Slovakia organized a seminar to secure the organization on very high-level regarding sport facilities, equipment, safety, and safeguarding. The seminar was held for 35 young student, age 13-14 years old without intellectual disabilities, which we have educated about sport rules and regulations and unified game in football and basketball. We believe that this preparation for the event and our education will help to explore a unique project on International Kids Day in Slovakia-

We are so happy that Special Olympics Slovakia inform our students how to communicate with athletes with intellectual disabilities, how to do the sport practices in football and in basketball.
